“Julie” became part of my Halcyon family in January 2010. Julie showed great potential with her Best in Sweepstakes win at the PVSSC Specialty, followed by Best of Winners in the regular classes that day for a 4 point major. Julie won Best of Winners at the Catonsville and Maryland Kennel Club shows, and completed her American Kennel Club Championship on May 19 at the Mattaponi Kennel Club show with another 4 point major. The following day, Julie joined the line-up in the Best of Breed competition and was Select Bitch, earning her first major towards her Grand Championship. She completed her GCH in 2015 in limited showing. Julie is my little “jewel.” She has produced two champions out of her litter with GCH CH Halcyon’s Samuel Adams and produced 4 show quality bitch puppies out of the breeding with INTCH CH Halcyon’s William Faulkner. Julie’s September 2015 litter with GCH Asgard Quiksilver produced 12 lovely pups; many will be shown in conformation by their owners.
